Weight Tracker (hereinafter referred to as the “App”, “We”, “Us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you download, install, and use the Weight Tracker mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Mobile Application”).

 1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) explains the methods for collecting and using user information (hereinafter referred to as “User”) by the App.

1.2. By downloading, installing, and using the Mobile Application, you fully agree to the terms of this Policy.

1.3. This Policy is an integral part of the documents referring to it, including the License Agreement for the Mobile Application.

1.4. Unless stated otherwise in this Policy, the terms and definitions used herein shall have the meaning set forth in the License Agreement of the Mobile Application.

1.5. This Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions and the adoption procedure, execution, amendment, and termination, shall be governed by the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

 2. User Information

2.1. When you use the Mobile Application, we do not collect any personal identification data (personal data).

2.2. User information in this Policy means:

2.2.1. Information that you provide about yourself during the registration or authorization process, as well as in the process of using the service.

2.2.2. Data transmitted automatically in an anonymous form depending on your software settings.

2.3. We may set requirements for the content of user information needed to use the service. If certain information is not marked as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is carried out at your discretion.

2.4. During the registration process, it is necessary to provide a username/nickname. Additionally, you can specify gender and age.

2.5. Publicly available information: Depending on the functional features of the Mobile Application and/or your settings, your profile data may be available to other users and/or Internet users. By default, your profile data becomes publicly available from the moment it is posted in the Mobile Application.

2.6. We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided by you and assume that you act in good faith to keep such information up to date.

2.7. You accept the possibility of using third-party software within the Mobile Application, which may result in receiving and transmitting anonymized personal data by us and third parties.

2.8. These third-party software include analytical systems such as Google Analytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, etc.

2.9. The composition and terms of collecting anonymized data by third-party software are determined by their respective owners and may include browser data, device data, location data, operating system data, and IP address.

2.10. Impersonal data received automatically are processed separately from the data provided by you.

 3. Purpose of Processing User Information

We may use your information for the following purposes:

3.1. Conclusion of the usage agreement for the Mobile Application.

3.2. Identification of the user to fulfill obligations under the agreement.

3.3. Providing you with access to the Mobile Application and technical support.

3.4. Ensuring communication to provide information about service updates and improvements.

3.5. Conducting marketing, statistical, and other research based on anonymized data to improve the quality of the Mobile Application.

3.6. Targeting advertising and/or informational materials using data from analytical systems.

 4. User Agreement to Receive Information

4.1. We may send you push notifications to provide information about updates, news, and other important messages related to the functionality of the Mobile Application. You can disable these notifications in your device settings at any time.

 5. Transfer of User Information

We may transfer your information to third parties in the following cases:

5.1. With your express consent.

5.2. When necessary for the proper use of the Mobile Application.

5.3. For processing services in accordance with the purposes established by this Policy (e.g., analytical services).

5.4. In case of a transfer of assets or rights under agreements concluded with you.

5.6. To protect our rights and legitimate interests in case of contract violations.

 6. Protection of User Information

6.1. We store your information and ensure its protection from unauthorized access and distribution.

6.3. To improve service quality, we may keep log files about actions performed by you within the Mobile Application for up to one year.

 7. Third Parties

7.1. Payments: We do not process payments. All billing information is processed by the respective app store payment system.

7.2. Social Networks: The Mobile Application may contain social network elements. These elements may collect information about your IP address and visited pages.

7.3. Advertising: Advertisers may collect non-personally identifiable information to present targeted advertisements. If you navigate through an advertising link and install the application, the device identifier may be communicated to the advertiser.

7.4. References: The Mobile Application may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content and security of these sites. You are advised to review their privacy policies.

7.5. Other Users: We are not responsible for the use of your information by third parties with whom you interact within the Mobile Application.

 8. Changing User Information

8.1. You may edit your information in your personal account at any time.

 9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

9.1. This Policy may be changed or terminated by us unilaterally without prior notice. It is recommended to review this Policy regularly.

9.2. The new edition of the Policy comes into force from the moment of publication unless stated otherwise.
